The hazards of plein air painting…
I was driving around looking for somewhere to paint but it was getting late. At around 10pm I stopped outside this Starbucks. I loved how cosy it looked with the lights on and there was a lorry parked outside with some delivery men going in and out, which added a bit of interest and movement. I knew I didn’t have long so I got set up as quick as I could and started working. 10 minutes into painting they turned all the lights off and buggered off.
It was probably time to go home anyway.
